Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Description:
Full time (or part time 30+ hours), requiring outstanding telephone skills, strong attention to detail, computer skills, flexibility and good teamwork. Front desk duties include, meeting and greeting visitors, screening and transferring phone calls, Accounts Payable data entry in industry specific software, filing, sorting and distributing mail. Business casual dress, convenient location with onsite parking. Must be available to work most Mondays and Fridays.
